Ugualmente può trovare impiego nella realizzazione di particolari meccanici in piccola serie che richiedano la lavorazione sulle cinque facce.

Il piano di lavoro è bloccato sulla tavola di lavoro da un sistema automatico rendendo quindi la sostituzione del pezzo in lavoro, anche se effettuata in modo manuale, molto semplice e veloce.

Ricordiamo che sul nostro modello a soli tre assi è comunque possibile montare una tavola a dividere in continuo (solo quarto asse quindi) che interferisce in misura minima con il campo di lavoro normale della macchina a tre assi.

Dei cinque assi complessivi di lavoro di questa macchina, tre (XYZ) sono sulla testa mandrino, mentre due (BC) sono sulla tavola di lavoro.

Entrambi gli assi rotanti della tavola rotobasculante sono stati realizzati con motori torque raffreddati a liquido. Essendo la massa dell’asse C profondamente squilibrata rispetto al centro di rotazione, è stato previsto un sistema di bilanciamento automatico.

Il piano di lavoro viene bloccato/sbloccato sulla tavola rotobasculante in modo automatico da un dispositivo avente una forza di bloccaggio sul piano pari a 50 KN.

Il cambio utensile è stato posizionato all’esterno della macchina, in posizione “pulita” rispetto all’area in lavoro, ed ha 40 posizioni. Qualora si rendesse necessario un maggior numero di posizioni di cambio utensile, questo potrà essere facilmente realizzato.

Trasduttori di posizione assi
Standard: encoder assoluti multigiro sulle viti degli assi X e Z; encoder incrementale sull’asse Y. Assi B e C trasduttori assoluti montati direttamente sulla parte rotante dell’asse.

The bearings used are of hybrid type, namely steel rings and ceramic balls.

Given the high value of ndm (*) equal to 1,920,000, has led us to use the minimal lubrication of the bearings.

This electrospindle is made by us and this in order to have an average duration “on the field” of over 15,000 hours of use. When a repair will be necessary, we’ll do it quickly and with particularly reduced costs.

Rigid tapping
On this spindle can be mounted threading tools directly on the collect of the toolholder. The CNC will in fact synchronize the movement of the descent of the Z axis, taking into account both the number of revolutions and the programmed pitch of the threading tools mounted, to perform the tapping requested.

Cooling of the tool from the inside of the spindle axis
This is a particularly important characteristic of the implementation of which has not resulted in a reduction of the maximum number of R.P.M. that this spindle can have. When this option is present, it is added also a specific water pump joined to a filtering system of the liquid of higher quality having an impurity max 0.01mm.

In ogni caso è presente una navetta, piazzata all’esterno della macchina e quindi in una zona pulita, su cui, in tempo mascherato, viene montato da un robot di servizio l’utensile seguente alla lavorazione corrente.

Quando la logica della macchina richiede di effettuare il cambio utensile, la navetta entra all’interno dell’area di lavoro e la testa prima deposita l’utensile corrente nella posizione riservata sulla navetta all’utensile da riporre nell’area di deposito degli utensili e poi preleva l’utensile che precedentemente era stato montato dal robot di servizio nella posizione riservata al montaggio di un utensile nuovo.

A questo punto la macchina riprenderà ad eseguire quanto previsto dal programma di lavorazione mentre la navetta andrà a riporre l’utensile precedente nella sua posizione iniziale.

In questo tipo particolare di cambio utensili l’area di deposito utensili è costituita da due rastrelliere lineari ognuna delle quali avente 20 posti consentendo quindi di poter montare un totale di 40 utensili. Se richiesto potremmo aggiungere ulteriori rastrelliere per aumentare il numero max di utensili al valore richiesto.

Preset lunghezza utensili
In area riservata situata all’interno della macchina, viene montato il preset lunghezza utensile meccanico di nostra costruzione. Si tratta di una costruzione particolarmente raffinata che beneficia dell’esperienza accumulata in oltre 30 anni di costruzione di questo strumento di misura.

Both Pc are assembled directly by us and this in order to select the components of the best quality on the market and to have, thanks to the presence of a heat exchanger air/air, the maximum reliability in the time.

PearKey
• Sulla pulsantiera macchina è stata prevista una porta USB su cui inserire una chiavetta, normalmente reperibile in commercio, con cui determinare a quali programmi l’operatore a cui è stata assegnata tale chiavetta ha diritto ad avere accesso.
• Una singola chiavetta può personalizzare l’accesso ai programmi di macchine diverse e per ogni macchina possono essere determinati programmi diversi a cui tale operatore ha la possibilità di avere accesso.
• Se ritenuto utile su tale chiavetta possono essere memorizzati anche altri dati.

It is a PC dedicated to the exclusive use of the electronic steering of the machine and therefore does not permit the installation of other programs. The data exchange between the PC and the Master Link board is via an Ethernet cable made with special care. If the evolution of the soft NC would require more computing power (which in the past has happened more than once), you can replace its PCs with a more powerful at really very low cost.

In case the customer decides not to buy our software Peace complete with its Pc in Windows 10 environment, you can transfer data processing to be performed by the company network on cable (not via a wireless connection), or via USB stick.

Input/Output Modules
The data exchange with the inputs and outputs (I / O) is via dedicated modules each of which is equipped with a signaling LED for each input or output to simplify any troubleshooting. The connection to the Master Link is via optical fiber.

Axis Drives
The drives are connected to the Master Link via optical fiber and are free of the usual electronic cards pilot. In other words they are constituted only by the power modules.

Basic Software
As operating system uses FlorenZ namely a modified version of Linux with proprietary software to meet optimally the needs of Real Time typical of a numerical control.

Drives Software
The most innovative part of this control is constituted by the fact that the whole part of the drives logic is contained directly within the NC soft, this solution that has permitted to abolish the usual electronic cards piloting drives. All to the advantage of a better degree of finish on the working piece, and especially of a greater reliability.

Diagnostic Software
Very many are the diagnostic programs and putting into service of the machine which, above, shows, by way of example, only some screens shots.

Software Calculation Proactively Working Time
Very useful can be the provision of know in advance, without requiring the real execution of the working piece, the actual time of a machining operation with a calculation error of a few seconds, and this also in the case in which the machine is carrying out in the same time a real machining. The calculation is performed by a virtual copy of NC in Windows programming Pc, while the data display and the interface to the user is carried out by our soft Peace.

It was achieved through a conventional network card and its crossover cable.

Scopo della sonda di misura

a) Per effettuare la memorizzazione di una nuova origine. A tale scopo all’interno del nostro soft Peace sono stati previsti dei cicli di misura specifici che memorizzano in modo automatico l’origine di riferimento della lavorazione.
b) Per controllare che la lavorazione sia stata ben eseguita. Questo genere di prestazione non è realizzabile con il nostro software Peace, ma dovrà essere utilizzato un programma realizzato da terze parti.
A questo scopo sarà possibile scaricare un catalogo realizzato da HEXAGON Metrology.

La sonda viene montata in modo automatico tramite il cambio utensile.
