Se viene prescelto il cambio utensili esterno, il campo di lavoro risulta aumentato passando da 300×400 mm a 400×400 mm ed anche la corsa dell’asse Z passa da 300 a 400 mm.

Is a conventional three-axis machine and is used in the execution of the following processes:

– Construction of moulds even if direct machining is required of hardened steel
– All the work of classic engraving of high quality. Our integrated software on the machine Peace (sold separately) can greatly simplify and speed up all operations.
– Execution of micro milling machining where it is required a degree of finish, accuracy and thermal stability (lack of thermal drift due to heating of the spindle) particularly high.

Even chip evacuation is greatly facilitated and does not go to minimally interfere with the protections both axis X and Y that are located in a raised position with respect to the working area.

Excellent is also the visibility of the working area by the user as the gateway to the workspace is positioned a few inches from the end of the work area.

Fourth axis continuous; model DC23 (optional)
Given the rigidity of the work table and the fact that all movements of the axes are on the head, was particularly easy to add a fourth axis continuous whose main features are:

– working area remaining available in the normal processing in three axes: unchanged (raising the chuck piece holder)
– technology used: torque motor of our own construction which has a maximum continuous torque of 40 Nm
– mechanical lock rotary axis having a particularly accurate mechanical construction allows a locking torque of 340 Nm
– maximum diameter of rotation of the working piece: 230 mm
– diameter chuck: the one shown in the rendering is 160 mm. We can install other models of chuck with larger diameters.

Being mounted in the front of working table, the encasing should have an available area increased of 180 mm. Therefore, this accessory can be supplied only if ordered with the machine.

The bearings used are of hybrid type, namely steel rings and ceramic balls.

This electrospindle is made by us and this in order to have an average duration “on the field” of over 10,000 hours of use. When a repair will be necessary, we’ll do it quickly and with particularly reduced costs.

30,000 RPM version
Given the relatively low value of ndm (*) equal to 1,275,000, grease lubrication of the spindle bearings was deemed adequate to guarantee a sufficient lifetime.

40,000 RPM version
In this case the higher value of ndm (*) equal to 1,700,000, has led us to use the minimal lubrication of the bearings.

Rigid tapping
On this spindle can be mounted threading tools directly on the collect of the toolholder. The CNC will in fact synchronize the movement of the descent of the Z axis, taking into account both the number of revolutions and the programmed pitch of the threading tools mounted, to perform the tapping requested.

It is separated from the machine and this to so that should not be affected negatively by the vibrations generated by the normal use of a numerical control machine. You can program the machine is in a sitting position that standing.

This data storage capacity is thus largely sufficient for all requirements of current and future data storage, even taking into account the natural evolution of Cn software and Linux will have in the coming years.

• Dual Core processor with integrated GPU

• If considered appropriate, it is possible to install on this Pc any other program provided that is compatible with Windows

Selected Hardware
Both Pc are assembled directly by us and this in order to select the components of the best quality on the market and to have, thanks to the presence of a heat exchanger air/air, the maximum reliability in the time.

PearKey
• Sulla pulsantiera macchina è stata prevista una porta USB su cui inserire una chiavetta, normalmente reperibile in commercio, con cui determinare a quali programmi l’operatore a cui è stata assegnata tale chiavetta ha diritto ad avere accesso.
• Una singola chiavetta può personalizzare l’accesso ai programmi di macchine diverse e per ogni macchina possono essere determinati programmi diversi a cui tale operatore ha la possibilità di avere accesso.
• Se ritenuto utile su tale chiavetta possono essere memorizzati anche altri dati.

– utilizzando una rastrelliera a 6 posti di costruzione particolrmente semplice

– tramite un tamburo ruotante a 22 posti completo, in questo caso, di deposito d’olio per maschiatori

Entrambi i modelli sono forniti completi di preset lunghezza utensile e sono racchiusi all’interno di un apposito carter di protezione ad apertura/chiusura automatica.

Per zona “sporca” si intende l’area dove vengono generati i trucioli durante le operazioni di fresatura.

Il tempo di cambio utensili non è maggiore rispetto al cambio utensile interno, anzi può essere inferiore in quanto durante la lavorazione l’utensile seguente viene predisposto sulla navetta del cambio utensile in tempo mascherato.

Anche il controllo e l’ispezione degli utensili risultano grandemente semplificati rispetto al cambio utensili interno.

Non essendo presente il cambio utensili interno la corsa dell’asse Y risulta aumentata a 400 mm.

La scelta fra cambio utensili interno o esterno deve essere effettuata al momento dell’acquisto della macchina in quanto si tratta di un accessorio che richiede delle modifiche importanti alla struttura della macchina per poter essere installato.

It is a PC dedicated to the exclusive use of the electronic steering of the machine and therefore does not permit the installation of other programs. The data exchange between the PC and the Master Link board is via an Ethernet cable made with special care. If the evolution of the soft NC would require more computing power (which in the past has happened more than once), you can replace its PCs with a more powerful at really very low cost.

In case the customer decides not to buy our software Peace complete with its Pc in Windows 10 environment, you can transfer data processing to be performed by the company network on cable (not via a wireless connection), or via USB stick.

Input/Output Modules
The data exchange with the inputs and outputs (I / O) is via dedicated modules each of which is equipped with a signaling LED for each input or output to simplify any troubleshooting. The connection to the Master Link is via optical fiber.

Axis Drives
The drives are connected to the Master Link via optical fiber and are free of the usual electronic cards pilot. In other words they are constituted only by the power modules.

Basic Software
As operating system uses FlorenZ namely a modified version of Linux with proprietary software to meet optimally the needs of Real Time typical of a numerical control.

Drives Software
The most innovative part of this control is constituted by the fact that the whole part of the drives logic is contained directly within the NC soft, this solution that has permitted to abolish the usual electronic cards piloting drives. All to the advantage of a better degree of finish on the working piece, and especially of a greater reliability.

Diagnostic Software
Very many are the diagnostic programs and putting into service of the machine which, above, shows, by way of example, only some screens shots.

Software Calculation Proactively Working Time
Very useful can be the provision of know in advance, without requiring the real execution of the working piece, the actual time of a machining operation with a calculation error of a few seconds, and this also in the case in which the machine is carrying out in the same time a real machining. The calculation is performed by a virtual copy of NC in Windows programming Pc, while the data display and the interface to the user is carried out by our soft Peace.

It was achieved through a conventional network card and its crossover cable.

Measuring Probe

Purpose of the measurement probe

a) To store the values of a new origin. For this purpose, within our soft Peace are present measuring cycles which store in an automatic way the reference origin of the machining to be performed.
b) To check that the work has been well performed. This kind of performance is not achievable with our software Peace, but with the use of a program developed by third parties.
