• Construction of molds in general and in particular for footwear. In the latter case has been studied a specific system of locking of such molds from the bottom of the pallet to have no overall dimensions due to the clamping brackets. The five faces then can be processed without any limitation.

• Machining of mechanical components for small / medium size where the piece to work on the five faces in a single assembly constitutes a fundamental advantage.

• The presence of the robot loads parts and tool change with a very important number of tools allows to work 24 hours a day even without staff. In our software Peace were added special functions to ensure that on the single pallet has been assigned a machining program compatible with the work piece mounted on that pallet.

• Z-axis stroke increased to 400 mm to allow mounting of components with an increased thickness.

• Installation of an automatically-locking pallet on the table. Great care was taken to ensure that the clamping surfaces of the pallet on the work table remain extremely clean. A safety device locks in each case further processing if a chip were to be present on the floor of locking. The clamping force on the vertical plane of this device is 50 KN.

• Automatic Device replacement with 24, 12 or 20 pallet positions. In relation to the actual size of the workpiece to be handled, other solutions can be studied.

• External tool to the machine, and then in a “clean” position in relation to the work area, having 62 positions.

The bearings used are of hybrid type, namely steel rings and ceramic balls.

Given the high value of ndm (*) equal to 1,920,000, has led us to use the minimal lubrication of the bearings.

This electrospindle is made by us and this in order to have an average duration “on the field” of over 15,000 hours of use. When a repair will be necessary, we’ll do it quickly and with particularly reduced costs.

Rigid tapping
On this spindle can be mounted threading tools directly on the collect of the toolholder. The CNC will in fact synchronize the movement of the descent of the Z axis, taking into account both the number of revolutions and the programmed pitch of the threading tools mounted, to perform the tapping requested.

Cooling of the tool from the inside of the spindle axis
This is a particularly important characteristic of the implementation of which has not resulted in a reduction of the maximum number of R.P.M. that this spindle can have. When this option is present, it is added also a specific water pump joined to a filtering system of the liquid of higher quality having an impurity max 0.01mm.

If required, it will be easy to make a tool change with a greater number of tools. Inside the tool change it is also possible to position the probe.

While the machine is working, the tool changer mount on a shuttle the tool that will serve to further processing. So this is an operation that takes place in masked time.

At the end of the current process, the tool below will already be fitted on the shuttle and this for a tool change time as fast as possible. As the processing resumes with the new tool mounted on the spindle, the tool will return it to its previous position, which is that this will happen again in masked time.

Pallet changer
The system used to bring the selected tool in work is largely the usual that is used to bring the pallet in work which then performs a dual function.

At the end of the machining process, the robot will proceed to place the pallet in its position and take the pallet required by the program from the carousel.

It is separated from the machine and this to so that should not be affected negatively by the vibrations generated by the normal use of a numerical control machine. You can program the machine is in a sitting position that standing.

This data storage capacity is thus largely sufficient for all requirements of current and future data storage, even taking into account the natural evolution of Cn software and Linux will have in the coming years.

Selected Hardware
Both Pc are assembled directly by us and this in order to select the components of the best quality on the market and to have, thanks to the presence of a heat exchanger air/air, the maximum reliability in the time.

PearKey

It is a PC dedicated to the exclusive use of the electronic steering of the machine and therefore does not permit the installation of other programs. The data exchange between the PC and the Master Link board is via an Ethernet cable made with special care. If the evolution of the soft NC would require more computing power (which in the past has happened more than once), you can replace its PCs with a more powerful at really very low cost.

In case the customer decides not to buy our software Peace complete with its Pc in Windows 10 environment, you can transfer data processing to be performed by the company network on cable (not via a wireless connection), or via USB stick.

Input/Output Modules
The data exchange with the inputs and outputs (I / O) is via dedicated modules each of which is equipped with a signaling LED for each input or output to simplify any troubleshooting. The connection to the Master Link is via optical fiber.

Axis Drives
The drives are connected to the Master Link via optical fiber and are free of the usual electronic cards pilot. In other words they are constituted only by the power modules.

Basic Software
As operating system uses FlorenZ namely a modified version of Linux with proprietary software to meet optimally the needs of Real Time typical of a numerical control.

Drives Software
The most innovative part of this control is constituted by the fact that the whole part of the drives logic is contained directly within the NC soft, this solution that has permitted to abolish the usual electronic cards piloting drives. All to the advantage of a better degree of finish on the working piece, and especially of a greater reliability.

Diagnostic Software
Very many are the diagnostic programs and putting into service of the machine which, above, shows, by way of example, only some screens shots.

Software Calculation Proactively Working Time
Very useful can be the provision of know in advance, without requiring the real execution of the working piece, the actual time of a machining operation with a calculation error of a few seconds, and this also in the case in which the machine is carrying out in the same time a real machining. The calculation is performed by a virtual copy of NC in Windows programming Pc, while the data display and the interface to the user is carried out by our soft Peace.

It was achieved through a conventional network card and its crossover cable.

a) Per effettuare la memorizzazione di una nuova origine. A tale scopo all’interno del nostro soft Peace sono stati previsti dei cicli di misura specifici che memorizzano in modo automatico l’origine di riferimento della lavorazione.
b) Per controllare che la lavorazione sia stata ben eseguita. Questo genere di prestazione non è realizzabile con il nostro software Peace, ma dovrà essere utilizzato un programma realizzato da terze parti. A questo scopo sarà possibile scaricare un catalogo realizzato da HEXAGON Metrology.

La sonda viene montata in modo automatico tramite il cambio utensile.
